一、服务器端

MAPS计算引擎建议在Linux平台服务器或工作站上运行。

建议配置如下：

1. CPU：2颗8核或以上(最少16核)，主频至少2.4GHz

2. 操作系统：Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, 5 或 6, Novell Suse Enterprise Linux Server 10 或 11

3. 内存：至少3Gb/核

4. 硬盘：600MB，按计算引擎，分别要求为：

· Abinit 700 MBytes

· Chameleon 5 MBytes

· Direct Force Field 4 MBytes

· Dragon 14 MBytes

· LAMMPS 600 MBytes

· MNDO 8 MBytes

·  NAMD 11 MBytes

·  NWChem 650 MBytes

·  QuantumESPRESSO 1750 MBytes

·  SciTherm 20 MBytes

·  Towhee 54 MBytes

· TSL 1 MByte

分配至少1TB的临时文件夹

二、客户端

MAPS 软件对运行平台没有特殊要求，但是想得到流畅的使用体验，建议配置如下软硬件环境：

1. CPU：Intel Extended Memory 64 Technology, AMD64

2. 操作系统：

· Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, 5 或 6, Novell Suse Enterprise Linux Server 10或 11

· Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008

3. 内存：1 GByte, 如果体验超大模型建议：2 GBytes

4. 硬盘：600 MBytes。 MAPS 和 SciPython 的要求，其它模块对硬盘要求如下：

·  Abinit 700 MBytes

·  Chameleon 5 MBytes

·  Direct Force Field 4 MBytes

·  Dragon 14 MBytes

·  LAMMPS 600 MBytes

·  MNDO 8 MBytes

5. 屏幕分辨率：1024 x 768 pixels

6. 硬件加速模块 OpenGL：,不是必须的。如果系统中没有 OpenGL，MAPS 第一次启动的时候会提示用户。

强烈建议使用硬件提供商提供的驱动程序，如果采用开放驱动，会导致系统不稳定问题。

7. MAPS 需要三按键或中间滚轴的鼠标。
